Large lounge with comfy sofas and table and chairs and with estuary and garden views and an open fire, Flat screen T.V, PLAY STATION 2/DVD player and selection of games/ films, board games.
Down stairs Bedroom with dbl. bed and wash basin and tea making facilities. First floor:
Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dbl. bed and 2 single beds, tea making facility and hair dryer, garden views. Bedroom with dbl. bed and 1 single bed and ensuite, tea making facility, hairdryer, estuary views.

Great to play hide and seek but PLEASE NOTE TODDLERS AND SMALL CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED AS PARTS ARE TERRACED. Patio area with table and seating
for enjoying the views.
Parking : there is ample parking but please be advised that the drive way up to the house is steep.
Included-Oil fired central heating, electricity, some coal, bed linen and some house towels.
There is a housekeeper locally.
