Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings to be accompanied by a non refundable deposit of £200. The final balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday start. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the payment balance is not received by the due date.
2.All cancellations must be notified in writing . The Holidaymaker is to pay for the accommodation booked in the event of a cancellation unless the cancellation is made 2 months prior to the booking but an administrive charge of £30 will be deducted.
3.The Holidaymaker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The cost of extra cleaning, damage or breakages must be paid to the Property Owner or their representative. The Property Owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday.
4.The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the maximum number as stated.
5.Every effort has been made to ensure that information about the property is correct at the time of inspection of the accommodation and all information and statements made by representatives of the owners are made in good faith but without liability.
6.In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday,the housekeeper must be told immediatley. Situations cannot be dealt with afterwards.
