The final balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Bookings may be subject to cancellation if the payment balance is not received by the due date. All cancellations must be notified in writing . The Holidaymaker is to pay for the accommodation booked in the event of a cancellation unless the cancellation is made 2 months prior to the booking but an administrive charge of 30 will be deducted. The Holidaymaker undertakes to keep the accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday and to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The cost of any damage or breakages must be paid to the Property Owner or their representative. The Property Owner or their representative shall be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time during the holiday. The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the maximum number as stated Every effort has been made to ensure that information given about the property is correct at the time of inspection of the accommodation and all this information and statements made by representatives or employees of the owners are made in good faith but without liability. In the event of any problem arising on arrival or during the holiday, the Holidaymaker should immediately bring this to the attention of the representaiive ( i.e. housekeeper) or the Property Owner. The owner regrets that problems cannot be considered after the holiday has ended if we have not been informed as above. The set of keys provided must be returned to their location at the end of the stay. A breakage deposit of 150 will be held until the property has been checked after the holiday. Access is from 3.00 p.m on the day of arrival. Departure must be by 10.00a.m on the final day of the holiday. THIS IS A NON SMOKING RESIDENCE PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED WITH EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE OWNERS AND NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS AT ANY TIME. PLEASE PROVIDE APPROPRIATE BEDDING FOR THEM IN THE UTILITY AREA.
