PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The property has 4 bedrooms and is able to accommodate up to 9 people in comfort. It is light and airy with extensive views from most rooms. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed and the sitting room/dinning area has an open fire.

There are patio doors leading out of the sitting room onto a seating area and lawn with beautiful views over the Mawddach estuary and across to the Cadir Idirs mountain range. This is an ever changing scene as the tide comes in and out and it is beautiful at any time of the year.

The house is set in its own gardens with mature shrubs and bushes but parts of the garden are terraced and small children should be supervised but it is great for hide and seek!

The drive way leading up to the house is very steep but there is flat parking at the top and space lower down.
