MAWDDACH, SNOWDONIA, WALES

The property is able to accommodate up to 9 people in comfort. It is light and airy with extensive views from most rooms. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed and the sitting room/dinning area has an open fire. There is a second reception room for those quieter times.

There are patio doors leading out of the sitting room onto a seating area and lawn with beautiful views over the Mawddach estuary and across to Cadir Idirs and the mountain range. This is an ever changing scene as the tide comes in and out and is beautiful at any time of the year.

The house is set in its own gardens with mature shrubs and bushes but parts of the garden are terraced and small children should be supervised but it is great for hide and seek!

The drive way leading up to the house is very steep but there is flat parking at the top and one space lower down.
